Shipping
At Thomas Online, we take great care to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24 business hours on weekdays. As a small family-run business, there may occasionally be a short delay, but if your order is urgent, please add a note at checkout or follow up with an email and I will do my best to prioritise it.
We use NZ Post for our deliveries. Under normal conditions, parcels usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch. During busy periods such as sales events, weather, peak seasons or issues outside of our control, courier networks can experience delays, and delivery may take a little longer. During these times, please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery.
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping within New Zealand, Australia, and to selected international destinations. All parcels are sent with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as these charges are outside our control.
All shipping rates are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
