If you’re looking for a product that is currently out of stock, use the “Notify Me When Back in Stock” feature on the product page. I’ll check availability with our suppliers and order it back in for you. Once the product arrives, you’ll receive an email notification to let you know it’s back in stock.

We ship NZ-wide within 24 hours via NZ Post. Deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping at no extra charge! All of our products are carefully wrapped, making them perfect for gifting. If you would like to add a personal touch, feel free to add a message when you check out, and we’ll ensure it’s included with the gift.

Yes we do! You can select your country at checkout. If your country isn’t available, please let me know and I can add it.

Please note the courier fee is for under 2kg (weight or dimensions, which ever is greater).  All orders are tracked.

We accept PayPal, Stripe/ Link, Google/ Apple Pay, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna and bank deposits for New Zealand customers.

Yes, we use secure payment gateways from PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay, and Zip. We never store your credit card details.

We know that you are excited to receive your order and we endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible. We ship orders daily, Monday to Friday on the overnight courier with NZ Post.

New Zealand orders

You should receive your order within 1-3 working days from the shipping date, however delivery to some rural areas may take a little longer.

International orders

International orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery time will depend on your location.

Delivery time to Australia is approximately 8 working days.

Delivery time to the UK, Europe and North America is approximately 8-14 working days.

Delivery time for all other locations is approximately 2-4 weeks.

Yes. We want our customers to love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with the items you have received, they can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of product delivery. We love to reduce, reuse and recycle where we can, and that includes the way we package your orders. We use corrugated cardboard, tissue paper and reuse supplier boxes where possible. The Courier bags we use can be recycled at your local supermarket. On the odd occasion we do use bubble wrap, to ensure your fragile products are delivered safely.
