Returns and Refunds

We select and stock our products with great care and are confident you will love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or an exchange.

Happy customers are our highest priority, so please let us know right away if you have any concerns by emailing us at info@thomasonline.co.nz.

Returning an item

Returning an item to us is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Please email us at info@thomasonline.co.nz to let us know it is coming along with:
    • the original order number
    • details of the original item
    • details of the item which you would like to exchange it for
  2. Please use secure packaging and include your order number with your return to help us process your refund/exchange quickly. Consider using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee your returned item will reach us. Returned items must be in original purchased condition, unused and unwashed (where applicable)Our return address is:

Once we have received your returned item, a full refund less the cost of shipping will be issued to the original form of payment.

If the items are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incurred returning the item/s back to us.

We will process all returns within 7 days of arrival.
