1. Choose your gifts
Select complete gift combinations to suit the children’s ages and your budget. Choose packaging, name labels or Christmas cards you would like to add.
2. Choose how to pay
Know your final quantities? Pay in full. Still collecting numbers? Enter estimated quantities and pay a deposit to hold your selected stock.
3. Organise your gifting
After payment, return to Your Gifting Plan to allocate gifts, add names or share your selection with parents if needed. For deposit orders, finalise your quantities and pay the balance before packing.
4. We prepare and deliver
Our Whangarei family team checks and packs your gifts, with your chosen finishing touches, ready for delivery ahead of your agreed handout date.

Handwritten cards use one shared message, with an optional child’s first name. Different messages for individual children can be quoted separately.
All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST. Packaging and personalisation are additional to the gift price. Standard gift assembly and checking are included.
GETTING YOUR GIFTS TO YOU
New Zealand delivery and collection
Depending on your order size and location, your gifts may be sent by courier, hand delivered by our team or you are welcome to collect from us in Whangarei. We’ll arrange the best option with you.
Standard NZ delivery
$2 per gift
Delivery to one standard New Zealand address, shown as one delivery total at checkout.
Planned around your handout date
Tell us when you need your gifts, your preferred arrival or collection date and any receiving hours or workplace closures.
We agree a delivery or collection plan with you. Tracking is provided for courier deliveries.
Other delivery arrangements
Rural addresses, oversized gifts and deliveries to multiple locations are quoted separately.

Your gifting questions answered
Do we need to be holding an event?
No. We also prepare Christmas presents for staff’s children, charity gifting and community programmes. Gifts can be delivered to your organisation for you to distribute, or collected from us in Whangarei.
How far ahead should we order?
Ordering ahead is encouraged! Please place your order at least 2 weeks before your required delivery date so we have time to pack your gifts and get them to you.
For custom requirements or orders that need additional stock brought in, please allow at least 4 weeks before your gifts are needed.
Contact us early so we can discuss your requirements and availability.

Message us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your needs.
Need more gifts than we have available?
If you like a gift option but need a larger quantity than shown, please contact us. We’ll check whether we can order more in for you and have them ready by your required date.
Can we choose something else from your website?
Absolutely! If you spot something on our website that isn’t in the corporate gift selection, let us know. Send us the product link,
quantity required and your delivery date, and we’ll check availability and pricing for your order.
What if we don’t have final numbers yet?
Choose your gifts and estimated quantities, then pay a deposit so we can set the stock aside for your organisation. Return to Your Gifting Plan as your numbers come in, then finalise quantities and pay the remaining balance before packing. Your final-number deadline and deposit terms are shown when you order.
Can parents choose their child’s gift?
Yes. After payment, share your selected gift options using a PDF, spreadsheet or parent selection page. Prices are hidden from parents. Their choices go to your organiser, who manages the allocations within your order.
Can we add names after paying?
Yes. Your Gifting Plan stays available after final payment so you can organise your list and match names to gifts. If you have purchased printed name stickers, tags or handwritten cards, please complete those details before your agreed personalisation deadline.
What happens if another child is added after we’ve paid?
Use Add Extra Gifts in Your Gifting Plan. Additional gifts depend on available stock and packing progress, and you pay only for the addition and any applicable delivery. Collection from Whangarei has no delivery charge. If packing has started, please contact us. Gifts added after dispatch require a separate order and delivery arrangement.
Can you help with gifts for Australia?
Yes. Please contact us for an Australian gifting quote.
The NZ gift pricing and delivery rates on this page do not apply to Australian orders.
