Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased through our website other than for faulty goods. Returns or exchanges on non faulty goods will be at our discretion. Exchanges for another size or colour will be accepted where available by prior arrangement. Exchanges or returns where you have simply changed your mind or the goods are not suitable will be accepted if the goods are in unused condition and in original packaging, however at our discretion this may incur a 15% restocking fee.

For broken or damaged goods, please phone or email us and whenever possible, we will repair or replace any damaged or faulty goods, providing the damage is not caused through misuse. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods. If the goods have been damaged by the delivery company, please ensure you retain all packaging and take good photographs of the damage and packaging if possible. If it is obvious on receipt that the packing is damaged, we highly recommend inspection of the goods before signing for them. In the event of damage in transit, a claim for compensation from the delivery company will be lodged, and once the damage has been investigated and the claim accepted we will repair or replace the damaged goods or if the goods are no longer available. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

In any event, all returns, whatever the reason, must be by prior arrangement. Please contact us and you will be issued with a Return Authorisation reference which must be included with your return.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
